It is not uncommon for us to doubt God's intervention simply because we don't understand what he can do in our situations.
Psalm 23 is one of the best known well loved of all the Psalms. It has so much to say to us in our times of need. Join in this meditation to discover the reality of the presence of the Good Shepherd.
Mark 1.41. When Jesus reaches out to touch us, there is nothing about us that makes him want to recoil, and nothing about what we have been through that is too complex for him.

Luke 4.40. It is so easy to feel that we are just one needy person amongst so many, yet the touch of God upon us is unique, individual and personal for us.
The world looks to those who have wealth and fame, but Jesus spells out those upon whom the eyes of God rest - those who are poor in spirit, those who know their need of God.
Psalm 5.3. If answers to our prayers seem a long time coming, it is easy to slip into resignation that not much is ever going to happen. The challenge is to maintain our expectation.

Luke tells us that Simeon sees the baby Jesus and declares that he has seen the salvation of God. That must have changed his whole life from then on. We also have met Jesus - what difference will that make to us?
At the beginning of this New Year, let's remind ourselves that God is still doing a new thing amongst us. Join in this meditation to be a part of this new work.
Isaiah 9.2. If you feel you are in the darkness - God gave Jesus as a light, not as a stick to beat us with, nor as someone to heap guilt upon us. Join in this meditation to encounter the living Jesus.
There must have been times on the journey from Nazareth to Bethlehem when Mary and Joseph wondered if it was meant to be this hard. We might find that in life as well - things might not be turning out quite as we thought they would
2 Timothy 1.1. The life that Jesus speaks about is not just an offer of life - but a promise. Join this talk and meditation to find his presence, bring your needs to him, and open the door to his touch.
When the soldiers beat Jesus just after his arrest, little did they know who it was that was so close to them. He is equally close to us, but what difference do we let that make to us?
God has put his precious faith within us. The very fact that we are seeking what we do not yet have is a demonstration of the faith we have. Worship is a wonderful way to fix our eyes on the wonder of God and so guard our faith.
Mark 14: 43-46. When Jesus was arrested was the real power in the hands of those who came to arrest him - or with Jesus himself? Who has the real power in our lives? Catch this talk and meditation to find his power at work in you. (Sorry about the sound quality!)
Matthew 5.16.
There is a light within us. Instead of looking at the darkness, let's look to the light
Mark 14. 3-6. When Jesus was anointed, it was about someone wanting to do something for him - what can we do? We can bring ourselves to him.
Ephesians 3.17-19. If we were to think about how to be filled with God, we might think in terms of severe disciplines, total denial or endless prayer. Ephesians puts it a different way - it is about grasping more of his love.
Ephesians 3.19. Could it really be that there is God who loves us? Could this God, who has been there from the beginning, actually see and take note of us? Sometimes our minds simply can't take it in. Join with us in this short talk and meditation to open ourselves up to his love.
Ephesians 3. The love of God is not something that we discover and then move onto something else. It is a constant wave to ride. Join us for this meditation as we discover more of his active love for us.
Ephesians 3. When we have Christ dwelling within us, we have everything that flowed from him dwelling in us too. Join in this meditation to help you open the door to receive more of him in your life.
Ephesians 3.16. We all need help! But where do we find it? Help comes from his Spirit already at work within us.
Ephesians 3.14. When we are seeking God’s help, it is easy to think in terms of ‘have we deserved it?’, actually his help flows from his glorious riches, not our good behaviour.
1 Thessalonians 2.7-12.
We often wonder why God would heal us - actually we have been called into the kingdom and its benefits.
Ephesians 3.14. To kneel before the Father is to submit to the truth of his love for us. It is about submitting to the revealed nature of God - not a projection of our fears.
Acts 3.11-16. When a lame man begins to walk, Peter explains how that healing happened - it wasn't godliness, so what was the reason?
Luke 24.13-20. It is an amazing thought that Jesus walks with us in our lives, listening to our deepest thoughts. Join with us as we connect with the one who knows all about us.
Revelation 21.1-4. When it says that God will wipe every tear from our eyes, it is a staggering description of the gentleness of his ministry to us. Join us as we seek to connect with that gentleness.
